Marta Belcher is a technology and intellectual property attorney at Ropes & Gray LLP in the Silicon Valley, and a leader in the area of blockchain law. Marta represents blockchain companies and a blockchain trade association in matters related to public policy, as well as speaking about blockchain law around the world, including at CryptoHQ during the World Economic Forum in Davos and in the European Parliament in Brussels. Marta also represents clients in matters related to blockchain and intellectual property, including drafting a blockchain-transferrable software license and advising in industry-wide discussions about blockchain patenting.
